Please read these terms carefully before booking your tour.

Booking & Confirmation

All bookings for tours and transportation services are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and vehicle.

A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation (via Email or WhatsApp) from Holiday Trans Bali.

Payment Terms

  • Currency: Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payments in other currencies (USD, AUD, EUR) will be converted based on the daily exchange rate.
  • Deposit: A deposit may be required for high-season bookings or large groups.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance is payable directly to the driver on the day of the tour (Cash) or via online transfer prior to the trip.
  • Online Payment: We accept secure online payments via Midtrans (Credit Card, QRIS, Virtual Account).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Cancellation by Customer

  • ✓ 24+ Hours Before Pickup: 100% Full Refund. No cancellation fee.
  • âš  12-24 Hours Before Pickup: 50% Refund of the total booking value.
  • ✕ Less than 12 Hours / No Show: Non-refundable (0% Refund).

B. Cancellation by Operator

If Holiday Trans Bali cancels your booking due to operational issues (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability) and cannot provide a suitable replacement, you are entitled to a 100% Full Refund.

C. Force Majeure (Weather & Natural Disasters)

In the event of severe weather conditions, natural disasters (e.g., volcanic eruptions), or road closures that make travel unsafe or impossible:

  • We will offer a Free Reschedule to a later date.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a Full Refund will be provided.

D. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or Email with your Booking ID.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, etc.).
  • Please allow 3-14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Third-party tickets (e.g., Fast Boat, Attraction Tickets) that have already been purchased on your behalf may not be refundable, subject to the third-party's policy.

Itinerary & Changes

The itineraries listed on our website are designed to give you the best experience. However, they are flexible.

Customization: You may request changes to the itinerary. Additional charges may apply if the new route involves significantly longer distances or extra time.

Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of road closures, extreme weather, or religious ceremonies, the driver may suggest alternative routes or attractions to ensure your safety and comfort.

Liability & Insurance

Holiday Trans Bali provides basic passenger insurance coverage during transportation within our vehicles.

However, we strongly recommend that all passengers obtain their own comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover personal accidents, medical emergencies, loss of belongings, or activity-related risks (e.g., ATV, Rafting, Water Sports) which are operated by third-party providers.

Payment Information

All payments are securely processed via Midtrans, a licensed and trusted payment gateway in Indonesia.

After booking confirmation, customers will be redirected to a Midtrans-hosted payment page or receive a secure payment link to complete the transaction.

Holiday Trans Bali does not store or process any card or payment details on this website. All transactions are handled directly by Midtrans.

Available payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and QR-based payments, subject to availability in Midtrans.
